We deliver across Canada. In the GTA, local deliveries run Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and same-day delivery is available on orders placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered the next day. Outside the GTA we ship with FedEx and UPS, so your gift may travel packed flat or secured in its vessel to arrive safely.
If more than one gift is going to the same address, a $7.00 charge applies to each additional piece. During the holidays, GTA deliveries may take 1 to 4 business days, and Saturday delivery is available from November 15th to December 31st. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value, including baskets and bases.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?
Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?
Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
