About Us
Peter & Paul's Gifts is a gift company located in Vaughan, Ontario. We offer year-round gifts, with a distinct focus on corporate gifting. Founded in 1982, Peter & Paul's Gifts was the first to branch-out of what was then, Peter & Paul's Restaurant. Over 30 years later, Peter & Paul's Gifts is now one of fourteen companies and event venues under the unique bypeterandpauls.com brand. What started as casual requests from customers to package boxes of chocolate and cookies grew to the setup of a small area in the restaurant.
Since its founding, owner and gift expert Anna Eliopoulos, has brought excitement and passion to the gift giving market by understanding the dynamic needs of the market. The Peter & Paul's Gifts team ensures the highest quality of products and services, as well as ensures that each customer experience is both personal and joyful for both the gift purchaser and the recipient.

Do you ever send out a gift with substituted items?
We do reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. In any occasion, when we do make substitutions, they are made attentively and always of equal or greater value than the original items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, however, there are limitations as to what items can be shipped to your desired destination. We offer a selection of baskets that can be shipped internationally through our affiliated company. Please call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) to find out more.
How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?

How can I review or make changes to web order?
Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an Order Confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. This is your receipt, and it is also confirmation that your order has been placed. If you wish to make any changes please contact a Customer Service Representative at (905) 326-GIFT (4438), and have your Order Confirmation number ready for our reference.
Do you ship breakable items?
We suggest to avoid selecting any gifts with bottles or breakables as indicated on our site, to be shipped out of Ontario with UPS. We make our best effort to advise the sender/purchaser of gift of ‘safe UPS gifts’, and we don’t take responsibility if a breakable arrives damaged.

How long does it take to create a custom gift?
A fully custom gift moves through five stages: you share your vision, we design a proposal, you approve the final details, our team assembles the gifts, and we deliver. How long that takes depends on the size of the order and whether branded or sourced items are involved.
Ready-to-send corporate gifts ship straight away. For anything custom, contact us as early as you can, especially in the lead-up to the holidays, and we will confirm a timeline for your order.
