How quickly can a sympathy gift be delivered?

In the GTA, same-day delivery is available when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with deliveries made between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Outside the GTA, transit time depends on the province. Call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) if the timing is tight and we will do everything we can.

What should I write on the card?

Something short and personal is almost always right. Your name and a line of condolence is enough. Type it into the Message Greeting box on the product page, and if you would rather send the gift without a message, simply leave that box empty.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

Can you deliver to a funeral home or a service?

Often we can, but timing matters: funeral homes accept deliveries only during set hours and only before the service. Call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) with the details and we will confirm whether we can make it, or suggest sending to the family’s home instead.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
