Who has to be there to receive a gift containing alcohol?

Gifts containing alcohol can only be handed to someone of legal drinking age, and the courier may ask to see ID on delivery, so please make sure the recipient will be there to receive it in person.

If you are not sure the recipient can be home, call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will help you plan the delivery.

Can you swap the bottle, or make the gift alcohol-free?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build the gift around a different bottle, or replace it entirely. We also carry a full range of non-alcoholic gifts. Call (905) 326-GIFT (4438) or email gifts@bypnp.com.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

Can a gift with bottles be shipped outside Ontario?

We recommend avoiding gifts with bottles or breakables for delivery outside Ontario, as marked on our site. We do our best to advise on which gifts travel safely, and we cannot take responsibility if a breakable arrives damaged. Delivery within the GTA and Ontario is not affected.

There are also limits on what can be sent internationally. Call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) before ordering.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
