Meet us at the Duncan House for an unforgettable experience that combines exceptionally prepared authentic steak and seafood inside one of Toronto’s most historic landmarks. Nestled within 4.25 acres of land in Toronto, guests can choose to dine on our scenic outdoor patio with seating for up to 120 people, inside the restored Gothic Victorian inspired dining space or reserve one of our five chic private rooms.

We deliver across Canada. In the GTA, local deliveries run Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and same-day delivery is available on orders placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered the next day. Outside the GTA we ship with FedEx and UPS, so your gift may travel packed flat or secured in its vessel to arrive safely.

If more than one gift is going to the same address, a $7.00 charge applies to each additional piece. During the holidays, GTA deliveries may take 1 to 4 business days, and Saturday delivery is available from November 15th to December 31st. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value, including baskets and bases.

How is a gift card delivered?

Gift cards are sent by email once the order is complete, so they can be sent at short notice. If you would prefer something physical to present in person, call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will let you know what we can do.

Can a gift card be used together with loyalty points or a discount code?

A gift card is a payment method rather than a discount, so it is applied at checkout alongside whatever else you are using. If you run into trouble at checkout, call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will sort it out.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

What can a gift card be used for?

A gift card can be used on anything on our site: gift baskets, floral gifts, baby gifts and everything else. It can be spent across more than one order until the balance runs out.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
