From Maroon Crayon, who was lost beneath the sofa cushions and then broken in two after Dad sat on him; to poor Turquoise, whose head is now stuck to one of Duncan’s stinky socks after they both ended up in the dryer together; to Pea Green, who knows darn well that no kid likes peas and who ran away—each and every crayon has a woeful tale to tell and a plea to be brought home to the crayon box.

We deliver across Canada. In the GTA, local deliveries run Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and same-day delivery is available on orders placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered the next day. Outside the GTA we ship with FedEx and UPS, so your gift may travel packed flat or secured in its vessel to arrive safely.

If more than one gift is going to the same address, a $7.00 charge applies to each additional piece. During the holidays, GTA deliveries may take 1 to 4 business days, and Saturday delivery is available from November 15th to December 31st. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value, including baskets and bases.

Can I choose a gift for a boy, a girl, or a unisex gift?

Yes. We keep separate Baby Boy, Baby Girl and Baby Unisex collections, so you can pick the theme that suits, or choose unisex if you are shopping before the news. We also have gifts for siblings, so the older brother or sister is not left out.

Can you deliver a baby gift to a hospital?

Hospitals vary in whether they accept deliveries for patients, and new parents are often discharged sooner than expected. We generally recommend sending to the family’s home address. If you would like to try the hospital, call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) with the details and we will advise.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

Are the baby items new and safely packaged?

Yes. Everything in our baby gifts is brand new and comes packaged as it does from the maker, then presented in a keepsake basket, crate or box the family can use afterwards.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
