We deliver across Canada. In the GTA, local deliveries run Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and same-day delivery is available on orders placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered the next day. Outside the GTA we ship with FedEx and UPS, so your gift may travel packed flat or secured in its vessel to arrive safely.

If more than one gift is going to the same address, a $7.00 charge applies to each additional piece. During the holidays, GTA deliveries may take 1 to 4 business days, and Saturday delivery is available from November 15th to December 31st. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value, including baskets and bases.

How long will the items inside keep?

Everything is chosen to travel and to keep well, and each item carries its own best-before date on the packaging. Our gourmet gifts are shelf-stable rather than perishable, so they can safely wait for the occasion, but they are always at their best enjoyed soon after they arrive.

Can you work around an allergy or a dietary requirement?

Our gifts are assembled from a wide range of products and we cannot guarantee that any gift is free from a particular allergen. If you have a specific requirement, call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) or email gifts@bypnp.com before ordering and our team will build a gift around it wherever we can.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

Do chocolate gifts travel well in warm weather?

When temperatures soar, so does chocolate. To keep every gift perfect, during the warmer months we may replace chocolate items with equally delicious treats of equal or greater value.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
