We deliver across Canada. In the GTA, local deliveries run Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and same-day delivery is available on orders placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered the next day. Outside the GTA we ship with FedEx and UPS, so your gift may travel packed flat or secured in its vessel to arrive safely.

If more than one gift is going to the same address, a $7.00 charge applies to each additional piece. During the holidays, GTA deliveries may take 1 to 4 business days, and Saturday delivery is available from November 15th to December 31st. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value, including baskets and bases.

Where can floral gifts be delivered?

Floral gifts are arranged fresh and are best delivered locally, so delivery areas can be more limited than for our gift baskets. Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the options available, or call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will confirm what we can send to that destination.

Can I send flowers together with a gift basket?

Yes. Add both to your cart and send them to the same address. A $7.00 charge applies for each additional piece going to the same address. If you would like the two presented together, call (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will arrange it.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

How do I keep the arrangement looking its best?

Keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from heat, top the water up daily, and trim the stems every couple of days. Succulents and planters need far less: bright indirect light and only occasional watering.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
