Are your baked goods made fresh?

Our baked goods are made fresh rather than held in stock, so they can need a little more lead time than our other gifts. Choose your delivery date at checkout, and if you need something at short notice call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will tell you what is possible.

Can freshly baked gifts be sent outside the GTA?

Fresh bakery items travel best locally. Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the options for that destination, or call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) and we will let you know what we can send and suggest an alternative if we cannot.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

How soon should the gift be enjoyed?

Freshly baked items are at their best within a few days of arriving. If the gift is for a specific date, pick that date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout and we will work to that date.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
