Can you add our company logo or branding?

Yes. Branding can be added as a logoed gift tag, a custom ribbon, a branded enclosure card, or logoed items inside the gift itself. We also produce promotional items and corporate awards. See our Corporate Gifts page for the full range.

Is there volume pricing for larger orders?

Corporate pricing depends on the gift, the quantity and the level of customization involved. Tell us how many recipients you have and what you would like to spend, and our team will come back with a proposal. Call (905) 326-GIFT (4438) or email gifts@bypnp.com.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

Can I send one order to lots of different recipients?

Yes. Our Multiple Shipping Checkout lets you send from a single order, with its own address, quantity and delivery date for each recipient. For long lists, hand the list to our team and we will manage the whole send for you.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
