Can the gift arrive on the day itself?

Yes. Choose the date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout and we will deliver it then. In the GTA, same-day delivery is available when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Outside the GTA, allow extra transit time and order a few days ahead so the date is safe.

What if I am not sure which gift to choose?

Call us at (905) 326-GIFT (4438) or email gifts@bypnp.com. Tell us the occasion, who it is for and roughly what you would like to spend, and our team will recommend something. We can also build a gift to order if nothing on the page is quite right.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?

We deliver across Canada: locally throughout the GTA, and by FedEx and UPS everywhere else. Shipping in the GTA is free on online orders over $100; elsewhere it is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What happens if something in the gift is unavailable?

We reserve the right to make substitutions where they are needed to get your gift delivered on time. When we do, the substitution is chosen attentively and is always of equal or greater value than the original item.

Can I send the gift straight to the recipient without seeing it first?

Yes. That is how most of our gifts are sent. Enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address, add your note in the Message Greeting box, and the gift arrives with your card and no pricing enclosed.

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Yes. Choose your preferred date in the Shipping Date calendar at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in the GTA when your order is received by 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Can I add a gift message or personalize the gift?

Yes. Add your message in the Message Greeting box on the product page and it is printed on a card and included with the gift. Many gifts also offer extras such as a custom ribbon or an enclosure card.
