Extremely disappointed

I recently ordered a gift parcel in the amount of $357.08. I received confirmation that my order would be delivered to friends in Kamloops BC on September 18th. They had not received it by the evening of September 19th. When I checked the tracking record, the UPS tracking record showed that my order had been delivered to someone in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This gift was for a special friend’s retirement. To say that I’m dismayed with this mishandling of my order would be an understatement.
