The package is lovely and the wrapping is excellent. A few complaints:
1. You didn't give me an option to remove nuts. The recipient is deathly allergic to nuts. This turned a Christmas present into an assassination attempt. Thanks.
2. There was no option to add more than one bottle. Regardless of the packaging, a single bottle looks cheap.
Delivery took a month. Seriously. Your shop app never worked to track the package. Total fail. Delivery had to be tracked down and arranged by the recipient. Extremely disappointed in that. I'm going to stop writing, because the more I write about this the angrier I get.
Highly recommend our friends were impressed with their gift - we live in western Canada but have friends in Toronto that we wanted send a Christmas gift to but being in a different city it’s hard to know if the company is reputable. I read the reviews for Peter & Paul and decided to give them a try… I’m glad I did. Process was easy and the product was fantastic
