Disappointed in their customer service as well as the presentation of the product. Brand substitutions. Failed to deliver first attempt, then charge us for a second delivery! Did not respond to enquiry via email 5 days earlier, as to its whereabouts until after I had got my daughter to phone them, so no surprise present. Then delivered on a different day than arranged. Tracking very poor, you have to use a commercial app not associated with the company and they say they cannot access tracking.
