Definitely more rook to grow the business. The customer service has no idea whats going on. I first called to hear about some options and get helped with what to pick, and the secretary had no idea, she just told me to go on the page and click on what I wanted. Awful customer service. When I pick one online I called to get an update of my package and it was not delivered, and no one called or communicated that to me. The secretary gets the proper information for it to be delivered, and next day I call to confirm and she didnt update the information.
Item ended up being delivered but it was an awful process and I did not feel taken care of.
