Disappointed

I cancelled my order. As discussed with the manager, please issue my refund. I regret placing an order with your company. Your business model of the customer selecting the shipping date and not know the delivery date is obsured. I’ve never heard of a company that cannot tell the customer when a product will be delivered. What sense is it to select a shipping date if that is not the delivery date and you don’t even know when the product will be delivered? I will not be a returning customer!
