Truly the biggest let down and upsetting experience. I placed a order with P&P last week . I specifically arranged for the package to be delivered one day earlier than required, as it was intended as a thank-you gift for a good client.After realizing the package still did not arrive around 3pm I called earlier today and spoke with a representative who assured me the package would arrive at my house before 6 PM and said she would note for them to leave it at my front door…. Unfortunately, this did not happen, leaving me scrambling to make alternative arrangements at very short notice. After 2 days still not being delivered or any email response that my order would not arrive on the schedule date I was starting to get annoyed. I have used Peter & Paul’s services in the past for many of my clients and have always had a positive experience, which makes this situation even more frustrating. This level of miscommunication and unreliability is unacceptable, particularly for a company of your size and reputation! They ignored and failed to even advise my basket would not show up. I don’t play games in my business, and I expect the same level of professionalism from those I choose to work with. Very sad that once this small business blew up they failed to deliver the same results. I highly don't recommend sending holiday baskets to clients from here if you want them delivered on time.... Treated like dirt. Never again.
