I ordered the Honeysuckle gift basket to send to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. Peter and Paul's helped me pick this beautiful basket! The basket was lovely and my parents were so pleased! However, I noticed that it was missing one of the items that was supposed to be included. I emailed them and they quickly responded with their apologies for the oversight and said they would be sending the item out right away with "some additional goodies". I was completely floored when the new package arrived along with so many 'additional goodies'! The quality of the baskets/flowers/items at Peter and Paul's are wonderful - and the customer service is absolutely above and beyond! I will definitely be ordering from Peter and Paul's again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
Not going to lie, website looks a little dodgy but the bouquet was perfect!! My best friend loved it and it looked stunning and very extra. Got updates from the website when it arrived so was easy for communication!! Great gift idea when you’re last minute and in a pinch :)
